Subscriptions

Investors wishing to subscribe for Shares in the Funds should send by 3:00 p.m., Cayman Islands time (GMT-5hr), on the Valuation Day:

• The subscription amount in payment for their investment. Payment should be made by telegraphic transfer to the Administrator’s US dollar correspondent bank account.
• A completed Application Form.
• An Identity Verification Form (at time of initial subscription only).

The minimum initial subscription is US$ 100,000, and subsequent subscriptions must amount to a minimum of US$ 1,000. Subscriptions must be tendered to the Administrator’s correspondent bank in US dollars.

To make a subsription, the application form and telegraphic transfer form, can be found in the back of each Fund's prospectus, page 19 for Vantage Global Investment Fund and page 18 for Vantage World Equity fund. The Identity Verification Forms can be found below.

In order to comply with regulations aimed at the prevention of money laundering, the Funds will require verification of identity from all investors. Proceeds from the redemption of shares will not be transferred to an investor until they are in compliance with all identification checks.
